Boreal Harvest at SNAP pop-up

In summer 2025, I was the Society for Northern Alberta Print-Artists’ (SNAP’s) Northern Alberta Artist in Residence for the month of July. This was a position sponsored by TREX-Northwest, Alberta Foundation for the Arts, The Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, and SNAP. As a part of the residency, I had a showing on the TREX wall in Grande Prairie, and now, a summer pop-up at SNAP gallery in Edmonton.

Not a proper exhibition, I am still over the moon about showing some art there!

Here’s how we made it work: SNAP is closed for holidays (yay! summertime!) and my work is in the front window. It’s like a shop display, but with three kinds of printmaking (relief, screen, and letterpress) telling a bit of a story about a jar of jam.
